AIHFT Free Water Service truck at a slum cluster

Free Water Service

Safe drinking water delivered to underserved bastis/colonies on a fixed schedule. Our team coordinates with local leaders to ensure equitable distribution and hygiene education.

  • 📍 Service Areas: Paschim Puri & adjoining clusters (Phase-1)
  • 🗓️ Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 8:00–12:30
  • 🚰 Avg Volume: 8,000–12,000 liters / day
  • 🧾 Cost to Beneficiary: ₹0 (sponsored)
Mobility & balance training for seniors

Senior Fitness & Mobility Classes

Evidence-based group sessions focusing on joint mobility, balance, strength and breath-work. Protocols are aligned with IMSO/MMSx movement standards and screened for safety.

  • 👥 Batch Size: 18–24 per class
  • 🗓️ Frequency: 3–5 days/week (AM & PM slots)
  • 🧪 Screenings: BP, resting HR, simple mobility check
  • 🎯 Outcomes: Falls risk ↓, gait confidence ↑, ADL independence ↑
AIHFT community health camp

Community Health Camps & Pain Clinics

Rotating camps for vitals, diabetes/HTN screening, posture & pain assessment, basic physio triage, and referral navigation. We’ve conducted 466+ camps, workshops & webinars in the last decade.

AIHFT relief & nutrition kit distribution

Relief & Nutrition Kits

When families hit a crisis, we deploy dry-ration & hygiene kits within 24–72 hours. Packs are dietician-reviewed and sized per family unit.

  • 🧺 Contents: grains, pulses, oil, salt, hygiene basics
  • ⏱️ Lead Time: typically 48 hours after verification
  • 🧭 Priority: seniors living alone, single-income families

Women’s Wellness & Community Yoga

Inclusive sessions for women across age groups — breath-led movement, pelvic health awareness, and beginner-friendly strength work. Safe, dignified spaces led by trained female instructors.

  • 🧘 Formats: Chair yoga, gentle flows, mobility circles
  • 🏫 Venues: Schools, halls, community centers
  • 🎓 Add-on: Nutrition & mental-wellness talks

Standard operating procedures, checklists and incident reporting across all programs. Senior fitness protocols align with MMSx/IMSO movement standards.

Transparency

Quarterly impact dashboards, audited accounts, and donor-wise utilization notes. Donations eligible under 80G; 12A in force.

How to Engage

NGOs/RWAs can request routes or co-host camps. Corporates can adopt wards under CSR. Clinicians and physio interns can volunteer in supervised roles.
