Our Story

Founded with a simple promise — every elder deserves dignity, movement, and meaningful community — AIHFT began with small street-side health camps in West Delhi. Over the years, our efforts scaled into structured programs: mobility & pain-relief camps, senior-friendly fitness education, free water & nutrition drives, and tele-wellness outreach.

Today, we operate a national network of field teams, partner clinics, and volunteers delivering measurable community outcomes while training the next generation of public-health fitness workers.

  1. 2014–2017 • Grass-roots Camps

Pain-relief, mobility and health-screening camps in underserved neighborhoods; early volunteer network formed.

  2. 2018–2021 • Structured Programs

Senior fitness modules, caregiver training, emergency relief (water & meals), webinars during pandemic.

  3. 2022–Present • Scale & Partnerships

State-wide outreach with 466+ camps, research tie-ins, and digital tools for monitoring outcomes.
